What to Expect:
Warm Up, Stretch, Dance Your Dance: 75+ minutes of soulful, energizing tunes to move and groove to.
Open Circle: Facilitated movement tips to deepen your experience (optional to join!).
Integration: Reflect on your movement solo or with a partner.

Sunday Dance (Lower)
This ticket gives you access to one Sunday class at a lower rate on a sliding scale. Sliding scales are a tool of economic justice. We ask that if you have the means to pay at the top of the scale, please do so, allowing others, for whom cost is a barrier, to have the opportunity to participate in this group at whatever place on the scale that they can manage. Thank you
